Brenda Keen has been practicing family law since 1975. She takes great pride in the fact that the vast majority of cases she handles are resolved out of court to her clients' satisfaction. She has served as an advocate when cases required litigation to achieve a satisfactory result, but she is very enthusiastic about collaborative law and is a practicing mediator.

Her cases have involved the marital estates of officers of companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange as well as estates that include closely held businesses and family trusts.

Brenda Keen provides advice, counsel and implementation on select family law matters, with special emphasis on analysis of complex estates, value and division of marital assets, children's issues and premarital agreements.
